The Anthony Pope Law Firm represented John Montella in a lawsuit against Navigators Insurance Company. Mr. Montella, a truck driver, was significantly injured in an accident where his truck overturned. According to court documents, as a phantom vehicle was involved in the accident, Mr. Montellas Uninsured Motorist (UM) insurance should have been triggered. However, asserting that Montella was at fault, Navigators denied the claim. After a vigorous defense by The Anthony Pope Law Firm, the jury agreed on the existence of the phantom vehicle and the drivers lack of fault, delivering a 7-0 jury verdict in favor of Mr. Montella.
